High School SWAMP Registration

Hello Families!  It has been a fantastic September and we are excited to welcome our new families and existing families back to Sheldon.  Your child should have brought home a Sheldon Williams Collegiate Music Department information handout.  One big change this year is our new online registration form.  If you have not registered your child yet, please register by clicking HERE. 

There is a mandatory $80 annual music participation fee for all high school students.  

What do the music participation fees pay for?

• Accompanist for various events
• Fees for music festivals (e.g. Optimist Festival, Chorfest)
• Repair and replacement of instruments that belong to the schools
• Fees for clinicians who complete sessions with the students
• Administration costs (e.g. postage, office supplies)

Payment Methods:

• e-Transfer - This is the preferred method.  Send your e-transfer to swampfees@gmail.com.  Use the password given in the handout (if you cannot remember or find the password, please email).  In the memo field, please enter student's name and grade.  
• Cheque - Please make payable to SWAMP with student name and grade in memo field. 
• Cash - Exact amount in a sealed envelope with the student name and grade. 

SWAMP encourages participation by any student that is interested in joining a music program.  Please contact your student's Musical Director if financial assistance is needed.
